    Tools that run more than one customer's recipes carry per-program baseline drift as a first-class failure mode. The drift surface area scales with the diversification trajectory — not with SKU count.

Outliers flagged at a configurable σ threshold (default 2σ); alerts are immutable audit records, acknowledgement is a separate mutable join. Catch a 2.3σ calibration deviation at one site before failed lots surface at another.

Weibull Predictive Maintenance & OEE

Maximum-likelihood Weibull fits replace constant-failure-rate PMs. Shape parameter (β) distinguishes infant mortality (β<1), random failures (β≈1), and wear-out (β>1) per HardwareDesign — with right-censoring for in-service components. The same model drives spare-parts demand forecasting and per-chamber OEE against SEMI E10 / E58 states.

Recommendations scored across four weighted factors — graph traversal (0.40), semantic similarity (0.25), parts availability (0.20), engineer qualification (0.15). Bayesian-smoothed feedback updates edge weights after every closed work order. The chamber wet-clean SOP your best engineer ran in one fab is the same playbook the next site inherits — with the caveats they captured.
