Fleet Configuration Drift Detection
Statistical baselines computed per parameter, per system type, per organization — using each installation's most recent SystemConfigSnapshot. Outliers flagged at a configurable σ threshold (default 2σ); alerts are immutable audit records, acknowledgement is a separate mutable join. Catch a 2.3σ calibration deviation at one site before failed lots surface at another.
Weibull Predictive Maintenance & OEE
Maximum-likelihood Weibull fits replace constant-failure-rate PMs. Shape parameter (β) distinguishes infant mortality (β<1), random failures (β≈1), and wear-out (β>1) per HardwareDesign — with right-censoring for in-service components. The same model drives spare-parts demand forecasting and per-chamber OEE against SEMI E10 / E58 states.
Knowledge Graph + Conversational Troubleshooting
Recommendations scored across four weighted factors — graph traversal (0.40), semantic similarity (0.25), parts availability (0.20), engineer qualification (0.15). Bayesian-smoothed feedback updates edge weights after every closed work order. Wēlr is the execution and knowledge layer. The systems already running in the fab stay where they are — Wēlr reads the equipment data, integrates with FDC and MES, and reconciles work orders to SAP. Every connector below maps to a written platform spec, fully implemented by site launch.
